My appointment time was 9:50 am and was seen for routine eye tests almost immediately, and returned to waiting room. At this point it would have been helpful to be told that the consultant was running very late due to circumstances beyond her control and would have given the patient time to use bathroom/eat or drink/ etc. There ensued a wait of several HOURS and for this frail 80 plus year old was very wearing. Having said that, once seen by consultant, I can only praise thorough professionalism and caring attitude of Mrs Madgula who sent me on my way with new prescription and advice re follow up care. So thank you, Mrs M.
I recently attended an appointment with my Aunt. During this and previous appointments she received excellent treatment from Dr Madgula. She provided professional, friendly care and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The examination was thorough, and everything was explained clearly and patiently.
Mrs Madgula put me at ease instantly during the consultation. She gave me her undivided attention and plenty of time, qualities that are hard to find these days. She listened carefully to my concerns, carried out a thorough examination, and took care to explain the issues affecting my eyes in a clear and reassuring way. Her patience, kindness, and willingness to answer every question made me feel fully supported, and her treatment brought noticeable improvement to my symptoms within just a few days. I would thoroughly recommend her care to anyone in need.
